STANDARDS

Not only functional and well-thought-out layouts, but also top standards of equipment and design are a matter of course for all the units in Viktoria Center.

The standard equipment of all units includes, for example, large-format tiles, quality wooden floors, lacquered doors with an above-standard height of 2.1 m, floor-to-ceiling wooden windows, underfloor heating, Laufen Pro sanitary ware including overhead and bidet showers in each apartment, showers with shower gutters and frameless partitions, external blinds for most apartments and for attic flats on the top floors also preparation for air-conditioning. In some flats there is even preparation for private saunas.

The project includes landscaping of the atrium, which will be planted with mature trees, shrubs, flower beds and lawns.
